Frank Calderoni
Frank Calderoni is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Cisco, managing the financial strategy and operations of a company with more than 65,000 employees and total revenue for fiscal year 2011 of $43.2 billion. Previously as Cisco's Senior Vice President, Customer Solutions Finance, Calderoni was able to bring about profitable growth, disciplined decision making, and transparency in Cisco's reporting. Calderoni joined Cisco in 2004 from QLogic Corporation, where he was the Senior Vice President and CFO. Prior to that, he was the Senior Vice President, Finance, and Administration and CFO for SanDisk Corporation. Calderoni holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance from Fordham University and a master of business administration degree in finance from Pace University. He also sits on the Board of Directors for Adobe Systems.

Jim Goetz
Jim Goetz of Sequoia Capital works with cloud, mobile and enterprise companies. Jim currently serves on the board of Appirio, Barracuda, Clearwell, eMeter, Jive, MetaSwitch, Palo Alto, Sencha and Widgetbox. Prior to joining Sequoia Capital in 2004, Jim served as a General Partner at Accel Partners where he led the investments in Entrisphere (ERIC), Peribit (JNPR), RGB, and Rhapsody (BRCD) and was part of the team responsible for BroadJump (MOTV), Timetra (ALA) and Topspin (CSCO). Earlier, Jim was a Founder of VitalSigns (LU) where he went on to serve as VP/GM of the VitalSoft division of Lucent. Prior to VitalSigns, Jim was the Vice President of Network Management for Bay Networks. Jim has a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and an MS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.

Jerry Kennelly
Jerry Kennelly has more than 30 years of strategic management and technology experience. He co-founded Riverbed Technology and currently serves as chairman of the board of directors and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Prior to founding Riverbed, Kennelly spent six years at Inktomi Corporation where he served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Secretary. Prior to joining Inktomi in October 1996, Kennelly worked for Sybase, Inc. in a number of senior financial and operational positions, Oracle Corporation as finance director for US operations, and Hewlett-Packard Company as Worldwide Sales and Marketing Controller for the Tandem Computers Division. Kennelly holds a Bachelor's degree from Williams College and a Masters degree from the New York University Graduate School of Business Administration. He also serves on the Board of Trustees of the Dominican University of California.

Ping Li
Ping joined Accel Partners in 2004, and focuses on big data/storage, cloud computing, mobile, and gaming. Ping has over 15 years of experience as a technology investor and operating executive, helping build market-leading technology companies and product lines. He serves on the boards of Cloudera, Nimbula, and ScaleXtreme, among others. Prior to Accel, Ping worked at Juniper Networks as a senior product line manager for their flagship M-series router products. Ping was actively involved in Juniper's multi-billion dollar acquisition of Netscreen Technologies. He also served as a strategy consultant for McKinsey & Company, advising technology clients in their growth strategies. Ping has an extensive international background as well, with experience at Singapore Telecom and Goldman Sachs Asia. Ping holds an A.B. from Harvard University with honors, and an M.B.A. from Stanford University.

Bill Schroeder
Bill Schroeder is a retired Silicon Valley CEO with over 30 years of operating experience in creating and growing technology companies. He has taken several companies from start-up or early operation to public company status, including Diamond Multimedia as CEO, Conner Peripherals, a storage company, as president, and Priam, a disk drive company, as CEO. More recently, Schroeder helped launch Vormetric, a data-security company aimed at protecting enterprise and cloud storage, serving as CEO. Prior to these positions, Schroeder was employed in technical and managerial positions with Memorex, McKinsey & Company, and Honeywell. He holds the MBA with high distinction from Harvard Business School and the MSEE and BSEE from Marquette University. Schroeder currently serves on the boards of public company Con-way and private companies Xirrus and Vormetric.
